Peter Grill and the Philosopher's Time (ピーター・グリルと賢者の時間, Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan) is a Japanese ecchi fantasy manga series by Daisuke Hiyama. Currently, there are five tankōbon volumes and since July 2017 it has been serialized in Futabasha's seinen manga magazine Monthly Action. Seven Seas Entertainment holds the North American license for the manga series. On September 25 2019, the series' official account announced that an anime TV adaptation will premiere in July 2020.
Plot[]
The series centers around Peter Grill, an adventurer and the "strongest man in the world." He has a girlfriend named Luvelia Sanctos with whom he swore to spend the rest of his life.
However, Luvelia still believes that babies are delivered by storks. Consequently, she and Peter haven't progressed beyond holding hands.
Meanwhile, various other women, such as two ogre twins and an elf, all want him. But not for love but to bear strong children. As a result, Peter has to work extra hard to avoid all manner of temptation.
